Shelly LeBlanc is a Cajun that lives in the Louisiana bayous somewhere near Henri Dijon's estate. Her grandfather on her mother's side was Irish. He married her grandmother, a Creole maid and learned to speak French, the language of love. Her grandfather on her father's side was Emilien, who was Cajun, a descendant of the Acadians.
She has a huge enjoyment of food, particular Cajun style.

- She is friends with Bulldog (perhaps one of his only friends), and once went to the movies with Larry Laffer.
- One of her friends is a fiddler girl named Ellen, about whom little else is known.
- She is either long lived or a time traveler. Since knows of computers and Helicopters and apparently lives back in the 1920s (for the Colonel to be her neighbor) but has dated Larry Laffer (in the 1970s or 1980s).
