Rackshplatt II, from the 17th Dynasty, was known to be a terrible public speaker, due to his mumbling so much he was barely understood. Much of what he said was misinterpreted by those around him. Quotes attributed to him include "My fish dances in the parking lot" and "My spleen is long and yellow."
The cartouche of his mummy case is decorated with images of twisted tongues. His mummy case can be found in the Mummy Storage room in the basement of the Leyendecker Museum.
