During the opening sequence to The Dagger of Amon Ra, a man is strangled to death by an unknown killer, who then stuffs his victim into a steamers trunk before walking off. After the ship's arrival at the docks, Dr. Smith and Dr. Carter have an argument about the Dagger of Amon Ra when they get off the ship. Steve then assists Dr. Carrington by moving his steamers trunk.
